Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Booking Butler 2026 Tech and Automation Overhaul Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Market Leader Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation, 320 Chestnut St, Morgantown, WV 26505 ("Sponsor"). Booking Butler is a product of Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules (the "Rules") and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. If anything in an advertisement, flyer, post, or other communication about the Sweepstakes conflicts with these Rules, these Rules control.

3. Eligibility

(a) Who may enter. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: (i) are legal residents of the State of West Virginia; (ii) are 18 years of age or older; and (iii) are the owner, or an officer, manager, or other representative authorized to bind, a business that is currently operating and has its principal place of business in [Monongalia, Marion, Harrison, Preston, or Taylor] County, West Virginia (an "Eligible Business"). The individual who submits the entry is the "Entrant." The Eligible Business named in the entry is the "Entered Business."

(b) One entry per business. Limit one entry per Eligible Business, regardless of how many people own or work for it, and one entry per Entrant. If an Entrant owns or manages more than one Eligible Business, the Entrant may enter on behalf of only one of them. Sponsor will treat businesses that share a legal entity, EIN, or ownership as one business for this purpose. Additional entries will be void.

(c) Who may not enter. The following are not eligible: (i) Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, interns, and sales representatives (including student representatives), and any business owned by any of them; (ii) the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of anyone in clause (i); (iii) any business that is a current paying customer of Booking Butler on the date the Entry Period opens, or that has an active Booking Butler agreement at any time during the Entry Period; and (iv) any media outlet, agency, or other company engaged by Sponsor to promote the Sweepstakes, and their employees.

(d) Verification. Sponsor may require proof of age, residency, business location, and the Entrant's authority to act for the Entered Business (for example, a business registration, a business license, or a signed statement from the owner). Eligibility is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on [start date], 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 23, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.

5. How to Enter

(a) During the Entry Period, go to bookingbutler.ai/giveaway and complete and submit the entry form. The form asks for the Entrant's name, the Entered Business's name, industry, and address, a phone number, and an email address, and asks one optional question about the Entered Business. Submitting the form and checking the box confirming that you have read and agree to these Rules completes your entry.

(b) No purchase, payment, demonstration, sales call, or agreement to receive marketing messages is required to enter. Any consent to receive text messages or marketing email is optional, is requested separately on the form, and does not affect your eligibility or your chances of winning.

(c) There is no alternate method of entry because entry is free. Entries submitted by mail, phone, or any means other than the entry form will not be accepted.

(d) Entries must be complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible, forged, altered, or automated entries (including entries generated by scripts, bots, or entry services) are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided, but only if that person meets all eligibility requirements.

6. Prize

(a) One prize. One (1) prize will be awarded to the Entered Business of the confirmed winner (the "Winner"). The prize consists of:

1. Software. Six (6) consecutive months of the Booking Butler [Complete] plan for one business location, at no charge, beginning on the date the Winner's account is activated (the "Free Period"). Included AI usage credits are those bundled with the plan; additional credits, add-on services, SMS carrier pass-through fees, and payment-processing fees charged by third parties are not included. List value: $1,200 [confirm], being six months at the current monthly list price.
2. Automation setup. Sponsor will configure up to five (5) business processes selected jointly by Sponsor and the Winner from workflows the Booking Butler platform supports (for example, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, review requests, invoicing reminders, and website lead capture). Setup is limited to a total of [20] hours of Sponsor staff time and will be completed within [60] days after the Winner provides the information and access Sponsor needs. Custom software development, integrations with systems Booking Butler does not natively support, and ongoing management after the setup is complete are not included. List value: $600 [confirm].
3. Website refresh. Sponsor will refresh the Winner's existing business website or build a replacement of up to [five (5)] pages on the Booking Butler website builder, using the Winner's existing branding, content, and images (the "Website Refresh"). The Website Refresh includes layout, design, mobile optimization, and connection of Booking Butler lead capture forms. It does not include a new logo or brand identity, copywriting beyond light editing, photography, domain registration, third-party plug-ins or licenses, e-commerce, or ongoing maintenance. Hosting is included during the Free Period. The Winner must provide content, images, and access to its domain within 30 days of prize acceptance; Sponsor will deliver the Website Refresh within [60] days after receiving them. List value: $1,500 [confirm].

(b) Approximate retail value. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $3,300 [confirm]. The ARV is based on Sponsor's current published list prices. The actual value may vary depending on the plan features and services the Winner uses; any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

(c) After the Free Period. The Winner's account will not be billed during the Free Period and will not automatically convert to a paid plan. Before the Free Period ends, Sponsor will offer the Winner the option to continue on a paid plan at then-current pricing. If the Winner does not choose to continue, the account and any website hosted by Sponsor will be deactivated at the end of the Free Period, and Sponsor will provide the Winner an export of its contact and customer data and a copy of the website content on request. The Winner keeps the rights to its own content, data, and brand.

(d) Terms of Service. Use of the Booking Butler platform is subject to Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (bookingbutler.ai/terms and bookingbutler.ai/privacy). The Winner must accept them to receive the prize. Sponsor's service obligations under the prize are the same as those it owes paying customers under the Terms of Service, and no additional warranty is given.

(e) Prize conditions. The prize is non-transferable, may not be resold or assigned, and has no cash value. No substitution or cash equivalent is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize will be awarded only if there is a sufficient number of eligible entries and an eligible Winner is confirmed. All costs and expenses not expressly listed above are the Winner's responsibility.

(f) Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and the Winner as required by law, and the Winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) for the Winner or the Entered Business, as applicable, before the prize is delivered. Sponsor expects to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for a prize valued at $600 or more.

7. Drawing and Odds

(a) On or about October 28, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each eligible entry will be assigned a sequential number, and the potential winner will be chosen using a random number generator (or an equivalent random method). The drawing will be conducted by [an officer of Sponsor who is not involved in sales for the Sweepstakes], and Sponsor will keep a record of the drawing. Sponsor may, at its option, conduct the drawing on video or with a witness present.

(b) Sponsor will also draw up to three (3) alternate entries in order. An alternate will be contacted only if the potential winner (or an earlier alternate) is disqualified, cannot be reached, or does not accept the prize as these Rules require.

(c) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded.

8. Winner Notification and Confirmation

(a) Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone and by email, using the contact information on the entry, within five (5) business days after the drawing. The notification will state that the Entrant has been selected as a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. No one is a Winner until confirmed under this Section.

(b) The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days after Sponsor first sends it, and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (the "Affidavit"), a completed IRS Form W-9, and any proof of eligibility Sponsor requests, within seven (7) days after Sponsor sends those documents. If the Entered Business is a corporation, LLC, or partnership, the Affidavit must be signed by a person authorized to bind it.

(c) If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return the documents in time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate, in the order drawn. Sponsor is not required to award the prize if, after a reasonable number of attempts, no eligible potential winner can be confirmed.

(d) Sponsor will activate the Winner's account and begin prize delivery within ten (10) days after the Winner is confirmed. The Winner's cooperation in providing information, content, and access is a condition of receiving each part of the prize.

9. Filming, Publicity, and Content Release

(a) Why this Section exists. The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to document one business's technology overhaul and share the story. Agreeing to be filmed and featured is a condition of accepting the prize. If you do not want your business featured publicly, please do not enter.

(b) What Sponsor may record. By accepting the prize, the Winner, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Entered Business, agrees that Sponsor and its representatives may photograph, film, and record (audio and video) the setup process, interviews with the Winner and its staff, the Entered Business's premises and operations, before-and-after views of its website and workflows, and the results of the overhaul, including non-confidential performance information such as call, message, and appointment volumes generated through the Booking Butler platform (together, the "Content").

(c) Use of the Content. The Winner grants Sponsor, and its successors and licensees, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the Content, and to use the Winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, and the Entered Business's name, logo, and trademarks, in Sponsor's advertising, marketing, social media, website, podcast (including Built Around Here), press, and investor materials, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor does not have to use the Content and may stop using it at any time.

(d) Limits. Sponsor will (i) not disclose the Entered Business's customer lists, customer personal information, pricing to specific customers, financial statements, or other information the Winner identifies in writing as confidential, other than aggregate or anonymized performance figures; (ii) not portray the Winner or the Entered Business in a false light or use the Content to endorse any product other than Booking Butler and Sponsor's services; and (iii) schedule filming at mutually convenient times, limited to no more than [four (4)] sessions of no more than [three (3)] hours each during the Free Period unless the Winner agrees to more. The Winner may ask Sponsor to remove a specific clip that discloses confidential information, and Sponsor will do so within a reasonable time.

(e) Truthful endorsement. The Winner will not be asked to say anything the Winner does not believe to be true, and the prize is not conditioned on the Winner expressing a favorable opinion of Booking Butler. When Sponsor uses the Winner's statements about Booking Butler as a testimonial, Sponsor will disclose that the Winner received the prize.

(f) Third parties. The Winner will make reasonable efforts to help Sponsor obtain written consent from any employee, customer, or other person who appears identifiably in the Content, and will not allow anyone to be filmed who has not consented. Sponsor will provide the consent forms.

(g) Failure to cooperate. If the Winner refuses to allow filming or interviews as described in this Section, or revokes this release, after accepting the prize, Sponsor may treat the prize as forfeited as to any part not yet delivered and may stop providing the Free Period, automation setup, and Website Refresh. Sponsor will not seek repayment for prize components already delivered.

(h) Entrants who do not win. Sponsor may announce the Winner's name and the Entered Business's name and city publicly. Sponsor will not publicly identify Entrants who do not win.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes (including to verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and comply with law) and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at bookingbutler.ai/privacy. Sponsor will send marketing text messages or emails only to Entrants who separately opt in on the entry form or afterward, and each message will include a way to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not affect an entry. Sponsor will not sell entry information.

11. General Conditions

(a) Release. By entering, each Entrant, on behalf of the Entrant and the Entered Business, releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and promotion partners (the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including any business outcomes of using the Booking Butler platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(b) Limitation of liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human or technical errors; unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; failures of any website, network, server, or software; or any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to entering. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and the total liability of the Released Parties to any Entrant will not exceed the ARV of the prize. Nothing in these Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

(c) Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Rules, or acts in a disruptive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(d) Right to cancel or modify. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cancels the Sweepstakes after entries have been received, Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation. Sponsor may correct typographical, printing, or other errors in these Rules or in Sweepstakes materials at any time, and will post any change at bookingbutler.ai/giveaway.

(e) Governing law and disputes. These Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monongalia County, West Virginia, and each Entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim, judgment, or award is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering, and in no event attorneys' fees. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.

(f) Severability. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

(g) Entire agreement. These Rules, together with the Affidavit and Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between Sponsor and each Entrant regarding the Sweepstakes.

12. Winner's List and Copy of Rules

For the name of the Winner (available after November 15, 2026 and for 90 days thereafter), or for a copy of these Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Booking Butler 2026 Overhaul Sweepstakes, Market Leader Technologies Corporation, 320 Chestnut St, Morgantown, WV 26505, or email hello@bookingbutler.ai with "Sweepstakes Winner" in the subject line. These Rules are also posted at bookingbutler.ai/giveaway/rules.
