What deletion does
When we action a deletion request, we permanently remove:
- your account, login credentials, and profile details;
- your AI booking agents and their configuration, so they stop answering calls and messages immediately;
- your contacts, appointments, call recordings, transcripts, and message history;
- your integration connections to calendars and other third-party tools.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We cannot restore an account after it has been deleted, so export anything you want to keep first.
What we keep, and why
A small amount of information survives deletion, because the law requires it: billing and tax records, records needed to defend a legal claim, and records of consent and opt-out for calling and messaging compliance. We keep suppression records specifically so that a number that has opted out is not contacted again.

How long it takes
We confirm your request by email within 10 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying it. Backups are purged on their own rolling schedule, within 90 days.
